Islam for Deaf /Blind Updates 2024
Alhamdulillah we have collected upto £51,000 during the Blessed month of Ramadan to help go towards islamic education and services for the Deaf/Blind Community around the world. This will help produce programs for Deaf children / Islamic programs, conferences & weekly classes / Braille Qurans & Qaidah’s for the Blind Community / Islamic Events.Â

Alhamdulillah from Ramadan 2024 and with the Sadaqah collected we managed to get up to 100 Braille Qurans & Noorani Qaidahs for Blind Muslims and Masjids. In Shaa Allah your Sadaqah & Zakat will also help us distribute them to Blind Muslims and Blind Schools so the children can learn how to read the Qur’an.

Throughout the pandemic of the coronavirus COVID-19, Islam for Deaf has used it resources to help and support our NHS & Care-workers by collecting donations and providing Personal Protective Equipment PPE and delivering them to hospitals and care homes.
Sheikh Muhammad Al-Maliki is a member of Islam for Deaf and teaches Islamic Studies for the Deaf community in the Prophets Masjid (Masjid Nabawi) in the blessed Land of Madina in Saudi Arabia. The Sheikh explains that it is allowed to use a non-Muslim for Islamic education to interpret Islamic education in BSL for the Deaf Community.
